Grants Under £2000

Grant applications for under £2000 will be reviewed and processed by the SDNPA staff. Once we have received your completed application form you will hear the results within 25 working days unless the application is called in by the Grants Panel.

Applications can be made by downloading and completing the Sustainable Communities Fund Application Form. Please send your application form electronically to grants@southdowns.gov.uk where possible or atlernatively send a hardcopy to:

Grants over £2000

For larger projects (£2,000 and £20,000) we have a two stage process. Prior to the completion of the full application we ask that you complete an Sustainable Communities Fund Expression of Interest Form. You will then be invited to submit a full application if it is felt that your project may be supported.

Grant applications over £2000 and up to a maximum £20,000 will be reviewed by the Grants Panel. The Grants Panel meets several times a year to consider large applications which must be submitted at least 1 month before each meeting. Please see the Grants Panel page for the panel meeting dates.

We would strongly advise you to talk to our External Funding Co-ordinator to chat through your ideas and any additional sources of funding.
