Some people find the idea of a website storing information on their computer or mobile device a bit intrusive, particularly when this information is stored and used by a third party without them knowing. Although this is generally quite harmless you may not, for example, want to see advertising that has been targeted to your interests. Neighbourhood Planning Consultancy Service

 What we do

We have the knowledge and expertise needed to provide neighbourhood planning support to communities and Planning Authorities in National Parks, Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONBs), market towns and rural areas.

We can provide planning consultancy support tailored to your needs from getting started and setting objectives to writing policies and gathering evidence. We can work with you on individual elements of your neighbourhood plan or be there with you from start to finish. Please view our leaflet and examples of our most recent work below.

Our Ethos

Our principles are to help you to prepare plans that are sensitive to the location and firmly guided by the community’s need and aspirations. They will very much remain your plan.

We work to empower communities to produce Neighbourhood Plans which respond to local needs and meet the requirements set out in planning legislation. Our consultancy service can guide you through the sometimes complex process of preparing a legally binding community plan.
