Lewes CAAMP and review of Article 4 Direction
Public Consultation Period Extended to 8 August 2023
The South Downs National Park Authority (SDNPA) is reviewing the Lewes Conservation Area Appraisal and Management Plan (CAAMP) and Article 4 Direction for Lewes Conservation Area.
These documents provide useful tools for effective development management and it is important that they are reviewed to ensure the integration of any recent amendments to associated documentation or legislation.

The public consultation period commenced on Tuesday 30 May 2023 and has been extended until 12 noon on Tuesday 8 August 2023.
Copies of the draft documents are available to view at Lewes Library (display situated on the mezzanine floor).

Please be aware that Lewes Library are not responsible for sending any paper responses to SDNPA for consideration.
Due to the potential high volume of responses, consultation feedback received by the SDNPA after the closing deadline of 12 noon on 8 August 2023, or which is not submitted in the requested format, will not to be included in the consultation review.
