Join us to “Walk the Planets” at the iconic Seven Sisters Country Park, Exceat, near Seaford.

This short, accessible trail will see the planets laid out to scale for everyone to walk through and get a feel for the distances in space. The event will also feature stargazing, storytelling, and Visual Reality headset experience of Dark Skies. You will also have a chance to enjoy the visitor centre and grab a hot drink and snack. Suitable for the whole family.

Time: 18:00 – 20:30

Location: Seven Sisters Country Park, Exceat, Near Seaford.

Getting here: Seven Sisters Country Park is well served by buses from Brighton/Seaford/Eastbourne, and from further along the coast. All buses stop at the park entrance. There are regular rail services from London to Brighton, Seaford and Eastbourne. View the timetable for the coaster 12, 12a and 12x services.

Car Park: Seven Sisters Country Park Forest will be open. Find out more at https://www.sevensisters.org.uk/plan-your-visit/car-parking/.

Food and Drink: The Grab and Go, located inside the courtyard behind the Visitor Centre, offers a selection of snacks, light lunches, hot and cold drinks and pots of ice cream to take with you.

Toilets: Free public toilets can be found next to the visitor centre, including an accessible changing places toilet

Weather: The event is weather-dependent and we will make a final decision about whether to go ahead by 2pm on the day.  Please check our website after this time and before travelling!

Dressing for the winter weather and wearing wellies is advised.
