Inspector’s Final Report
In April 2018 the South Downs National Park Authority submitted the first Local Plan for the whole of the South Downs National Park to the Government for examination.
An independent Inspector, Mr. Brian Sims, concluded that the Local Plan is sound, subject to a number of main modifications.
The Local Plan was adopted on 2 July 2019. The Local Plan incorporates all main modifications recommended by the Inspector.
