Coastal West Sussex Mind’s Dementia Support Service

Offers a respite care service for older people with mild cognitive impairment, dementia, short term memory loss and confusion on Tuesday’s, Thursdays and Fridays. They are also able to signpost to a wide range of local support services. They also offer respite care, activities, advice and information on alternate Saturdays.
