Name the new Cut and Collect machine!
The South Downs National Park Authority has a brand-new tool to help us ReNature the South Downs — and we need your help to give it a name!
Our brand-new Cut and Collect Machine is a vital addition to our efforts to restore our precious wildflower meadows.
The machine is used to cut back overgrown grass and scrub in sensitive areas, collecting the cuttings for removal in order to restore and enhance habitats.
This means less disturbance to the soil, better biodiversity, and a healthier ecosystem for our wildlife to thrive.
But here’s the exciting part — it’s still waiting for a name! That’s where you come in!
