So often we can spend time ‘doing’ things in nature without actually just ‘being’ in nature. Mindfulness in Nature observes this difference during a mindful walk through part of the nature reserve, giving you a taster of how tuning into your surroundings can enhance your experience in nature and your wellbeing. Beginning with a short grounding meditation and an exercise focusing on the present, we will then take a gentle walk round part of the nature reserve using all our senses to immerse ourselves with the natural environment, before returning and reflecting on our experiences. 10am (duration 1½ hours) £10 per person / £8 members
