On this short family walk from Langham Brewery the children will be taking over the navigation. However, don’t be too alarmed, they will be supervised and won’t go so far off piste that we won’t make it back to the brewery in time for lunch. Before we set off we will be getting our bearings and talking a little about local geography and maps. Each child will have the opportunity to lead a section of the walk, with guidance. In addition to leading there will be plenty to observe and learn along the way. In today’s world where tech rules we have all lost our internal compass. This walk hopes to redress the balance a little by helping our children become more aware of their surroundings and direction. Perhaps the adults will learn a thing or two too!
