The latest Government Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) regulations came into force on 1 September 2019 and require all Local Planning Authorities to publish their developer contributions data at least annually before the 31 December in the form of an Infrastructure Funding Statement (IFS) and CSV files. Developer Contributions Data
The Government requires all Local Planning Authorities to publish their developer contributions data under the Open Government Licence within three CSV files (below) and includes data up to 29 November 2021.
