Petersfield Neighbourhood Plan Examination Report

The SDNPA appointed Mr Christopher Lockhart-Mummery QC as the Independent Examiner of the Petersfield Neighbourhood Plan (PNP).
The Examiner assessed whether the PNP meets certain legal requirements, known as the ‘basic conditions’ and considered representations made on the PNP. A hearing was held on the 4 June and accompanied site visits took place on the 5 June.
The SDNPA will now consider the contents of the Examination Report and will issue a ‘Decision Statement’ in due course setting out the actions to be taken in response to the recommendations of the Examiner.
