Cycle through stunning chalk downland, picturesque villages and inspiring views with our new Peacehaven cycle leaflet.
Enjoy the meandering River Ouse and the new Egrets Way shared path with this leaflet that includes two routes of differing lengths. Suitable for mountain bikes, both routes incorporate bridleways, gravel tracks and quiet lanes, and give you the chance to soak up some stunning South Downs views from the saddle.
Easily accessible from Newhaven railway station using the National Cycle Network route 2, you can leave the car at home and enjoy a train ride to start. Why not stop at one of the YHA South Downs Courtyard Café for some refreshments, or get back to nature with a packed picnic.
This leaflet is the first of our cycling guides to include diagram directions which enable you to fold the leaflet down to one panel and attach it to your handlebars – no more battling a folding map in the breeze!
