Spending time outdoors is good for our health and wellbeing.

Whether walking through woods, doing a weekend trek or even getting a view of nature, doing any and all can have a positive effect on our mental health.

The South Downs National Park Authority (SDNPA) is working with partners to expand access to green space and to provide people with more opportunities to get outside.
