Fulking Conservation Area Appraisal – Public Consultation

The South Downs National Park Authority (SDNPA) has prepared a new Character Appraisal and Management Plan for Fulking Conservation Area.
These documents periodically review the continued need and purpose of conservation area designation, are recommended in Government guidance and have proved useful tools for effective development management.
Fulking Conservation Area has been designated since 1984 and has not been reviewed for twelve years.
A consultation draft is available for six weeks and we look forward to receiving your comments on it by the 3rd March 2020.
The final draft will be reviewed to reflect public responses, which will be reported to the SDNPA Planning Committee in late spring.
