We are aware that a letter regarding this application and claiming to come from the South Downs National Park Authority has been distributed to local residents. Please note that this letter is not from the National Park Authority and we would like to reassure all concerned that we would never comment on live planning applications during the consultation process.

As with all applications any comments submitted on this application will be assessed by the relevant planning officer and given weight accordingly when they make their recommendation.
