Forest Bathing – Well-being in Nature

Forest Bathing – Well-being in Nature

20 July 2025

9:30 to 12:30

Step into the woods this summer and experience nature in a whole new way. Forest Bathing is a gentle, guided walk that invites you to slow down, switch off, and truly take in the magic of the forest.

Surrounded by sunlight filtering through green leaves and the sounds of birdsong, you’ll be guided through simple sensory and mindfulness practices that help you feel calm, present, and fully recharged.

Rooted in the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku and backed by science, Forest Bathing is known to reduce stress, lift your mood, and boost your overall wellbeing.

It’s not exercise or hiking—it’s more like a mini nature retreat, where you get to pause, breathe, and enjoy being exactly where you are.

Whether you’re looking for a unique way to spend time outdoors, explore the local woodlands, or just try something a bit different this summer, this is your invitation to escape the busy pace of life—and rediscover the joy of simply being in nature.

No experience needed. Just bring yourself, and let the forest do the rest.

ADVANCE BOOKING IS NECESSARY TO ATTEND. PLEASE SEE WEBSITE FOR BOOKING DETAILS.
