“The South Downs are always different,” says Alyson. “There are so many places to chill out and be with lots of people or on another day see nobody. There’s no better place to come to.”

“I always make sure that I’ve got loads of poo bags, always put Sage on the lead around wildlife. When I see people with animals running amok around the countryside with no respect it really upsets me because then other people are just going to think that all dog walkers are the same and we’re clearly not.”
