Discover the South Downs
Building on the success of the Generation Green project, we have secured additional funding to deliver more nature connection day visits in 2025.
We are inviting all schools with over 30% of their pupils eligible for pupil premium funding to join us in a fully- funded visit to the South Downs National Park, including up to £500 towards your transportation costs.
Day Visits
Develop Nature Connection, whilst building on children’s social skills, teamwork, and environmental knowledge.
Choose from a range of activities including bushcraft, mindful practise, conservation skills, wild art, natural science and much, much more.
We like to create these days in partnership with schools and look forward to hearing how we might accommodate your needs into these trips.
Visits will be hosted in one of our many fantastic sites around the South Downs National Park.
Eligibility
- 30% or more of pupils from your school must be eligible for Pupil Premium funding
- Young people need to be aged 7-18 years
- Your group have not visited The Sustainability centre or a workshop hosted by the South Downs National Park in the past.
