The Employment Land Review (ELR) January 2026 report provides supply side evidence to show how the need for office and industrial floorspace, identified in the Housing & Economic Development Needs Assessment (HEDNA), could be addressed.
The ELR provides a conclusion on the total supply for office and industrial floorspace, compared to the need identified in the HEDNA along with recommendations for the New Local Plan.
