Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (SFRA)

To inform the New Local Plan, a Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (SFRA) has been undertaken.

A SFRA was prepared for the Regulation 18 draft of the new Local Plan. Since then, the government has released updated flood risk mapping information.

A DRAFT revised SFRA has been prepared, currently awaiting comments from technical stakeholders.

This identifies the areas within the National Park at risk of flooding from all sources and assesses the proposed allocations against this information.
