Minerals & Waste Plans

We are responsible for planning for the management of waste and production of minerals within the South Downs National Park.

Working in partnership with neighbouring county councils, we have adopted the following joint local plans:

We are currently working with East Sussex County Council and Brighton & Hove City Council on a Revised Policies Document, and with Hampshire County Council on a Review of the Minerals and Waste Plan.
