Cuckmere Buses

Cuckmere Buses run a number of services designed to help visitors explore the eastern part of the National Park.

All through the Summer season the Cuckmere Valley Rambler Bus (service no 47) runs at weekends and Bank Holidays. Starting at Berwick Station, this service connects with the trains, and runs through Alfriston to Seaford returning to Berwick Station via Seven Sisters Country Park, Litlington, Lullington and Wilmington.

The service runs every hour from 1000 to 1800 and is an ideal way to visit the interesting sites, villages and pubs on the route. It is a hop on hop off service so visitors can stop anywhere for a visit and then catch a later bus for their onward journey.

Service 125 operates on Saturdays between Lewes and Eastbourne. This service is able to take visitors right to the door of Charleston Farmhouse and also call at Alfriston. On Sundays and Bank Holidays the 126 service connects Seaford to Eastbourne via Alfriston.

Full details of all these services can be found on our website www.cuckmerebuses.org.uk
