Sompting Neighbourhood Plan

Sompting Parish Council are preparing a Neighbourhood Development Plan for Sompting.  Further details of the neighbourhood plan preparation are available at the Sompting Parish Council website

Regulation 14 Public Consultation The Regulation 14  public consultation on the Sompting Neighbourhood Plan is due to start on 7th December 2020 until midnight 15th February 2021.
Independent Examination

Please note that the Sompting Neighbourhood Plan has now been withdrawn.

Publicising a Plan Proposal Adur District Council and the SDNPA published the submitted Sompting NDP for consultation from the 19 February to 8 April 2018.  The following documents were submitted by Sompting PC for consultation:

Pre-submission consultation on a plan Sompting Parish Council carried out their Pre Submission consultation from 18 May to 29 June 2015

Designated Neighbourhood Area The SDNPA designated the Sompting Neighbourhood Area on 14 March 2013 following an application from Sompting Parish Council

Consultation on a proposed Neighbourhood Area A consultation on an application to designate Sompting Neighbourhood Area was held from 10 October to 23 November 2012
