Bramshott and Liphook Neighbourhood Plan

Bramshott & Liphook Parish Council (BLPC) are preparing a Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) for Bramshott & Liphook.  Further details of the NDP preparation are available on the Bramshott & Liphook Parish Council website.

The following stages and documents have been completed.

Statutory stage Further information & documents
Regulation 16 – Submission consultation East Hampshire District Council (EHDC) has published the submitted Bramshott & Liphook Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) for consultation between 11 March and 23 April 2024.

Copies of the submitted Bramshott & Liphook Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) and all other submitted documents are available on the East Hampshire District Council website, and further details can be found on the Bramshott & Liphook Parish Council website.  

Alternatively, paper copies are available to view at:

  • Liphook Millenium Centre, Ontario Way, Liphook, GU30 7LD; and
    • Monday to Friday (10:00 to 14:00).
  • Liphook Library, London Road, Liphook, GU30 7AN.
    • Monday (13:00 to 17:00), and Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday (09:30 to 13:30).

Regulation 14 – Pre-submission Consultation Bramshott & Liphook Parish Council (BLPC) undertook a pre-submission consultation on the Draft Bramshott & Liphook Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) between 28 July and 22 September 2023.

Designated Neighbourhood Area The SDNPA designated part of the Bramshott & Liphook Neighbourhood Area on 20 October 2015 following an application from Bramshott & Liphook Parish Council.

Proposed Neighbourhood Area A consultation on an application to designate the Bramshott & Liphook Neighbourhood Area was held from 19 August to 30 September 2015.
