As an organisation which exists to promote sustainability across the National Park, the SDNPA is committed to developing flexible working as a central part of its own employment practices.

We believe that a flexible and forward-looking approach will bring substantial benefits which include attracting, retaining and motivating high quality staff and supporting family life making us a more effective and efficient organisation.

Subject to the needs of the SDNPA, your ability to properly carry out the duties and responsibilities of your role and agreement of your line manager you may, if you so choose be permitted to work up to 50 percentage of your contractual hours remotely in accordance with the SDNPA Blended Working Policy.
