Alice Holt Forest is only a 'stone's throw' from Birdworld so you can follow these signs from the M3 if coming from the North or the A3 if coming from the South. The nearest station is at Bentley, approximately three miles from the Forest Centre. From here you can walk through Alice Holt Forest to the forest centre along public rights of way. Alternatively, take the train to Farnham and catch the Stagecoach number 18 bus to the Forest. By bus Stagecoach number 18 runs from Farnham Station to Bucks Horn Oak, stopping at the Halfway House Cottages on the A325. It is just a short walk from here to the forest. Just be sure to allow plenty of time if you come by public transport - it may take a little while longer than you expect!
