Gilbert’s Garden Heritage Garden Day See familiar and not so familiar garden tools from the past being used in the garden at Gilbert White’s House as well as gardeners in the costume of the 18th century.

Find out about the day-to-day workings of an 18th century Hampshire Garden. Price: Free with garden admission Prices: Adult admission to both the house and gardens is £18.15, Garden only adult admission is £14.85 Children’s admission (3-16yrs) is £6.60 for both the house and gardens.

It was once home to pioneering naturalist and father of Ecology, Gilbert White. Visitors can explore up to 30 acres of open land and gorgeous 18th century gardens as well as the 18th century house.
