Located right on the Downs Link in Partridge Green, Stan’s Bike Shack is a friendly café for cyclists, walkers, horse riders, and everyone.... We understand cycling and provide everything for the cyclist on the move; equipped with bike stands, track pump, inner tubes, tool kits, first aid kit, bike repair/service, and much more. Live music with dinner is a popular evening feature, and we are told that our coffee and cake is pretty good too! We look forward to seeing you at Stan’s Bike Shack.

Cockburn’s Tea Rooms, Midhurst

Cockburn’s is a traditional tea rooms set above the Midhurst Museum in Knockhundred Row, off of North Street Midhurst. We offer morning... coffee, lunches, scones, and afternoon tea in welcoming, comfortable surroundings. We are licensed and air conditioned and we are open from 10.30 to 4.00pm Tuesday to Saturday, and from 12 midday on Sundays for roast Sunday lunch. Dogs are made most welcome!

Cockburn’s Tea Rooms, Arundel

Cockburn’s Tea Rooms is situated in the High Street of historic Arundel, next door to the Red Lion Pub. We have a total of thirty six beds in three buildings to offer boutique luxury in the Rother Valley Walk. Situated adjacent to the footpath leading... to Amberley Wildbrooks or the path to Petworth Midhurst and beyond. A special chef service can also be offered if a night of gourmet luxury is required, or a large stew if that is what is required (Minimums apply). Walking distance to the vineyards of Pulborough and Stopham. Close to Pulborough railway station, so a perfect place to start or finish.

The Dairy Farm

We have operated as a B&B for over 25 years, we are very well reviewed on Tripadvisor. We are situated very near to Kingley Vale which is... a main access point for the South Downs National Park in the SW of the region. We are both enthusiastic walkers and cyclists and know the area very well. We keep maps, articles and books for the benefit of guests and are used to giving them advice on where to go and what to see.
We are able to offer safe storage for up to 4 bikes in a lock up garage.
