We want to ensure that our interview process is inclusive and a positive experience for all.

Been selected for an interview?

We encourage you to contact us if you require any reasonable adjustments relating to neurodivergence, mental health, learning and physical disabilities, or any of the protected characteristics recognised under the Equality Act 2010.

Some examples of adjustments are:

  • Giving more time for tasks
  • Online interviews where appropriate
  • Providing a laptop to type answers to tasks
  • Wheelchair access
  • Allow notes and note taking in interviews
