National Trust – Monk’s House

Monk’s House is the home of the 20th century writers Leonard and Virginia Woolf. Walkers and cyclists can access Monk’s House off... the south downs way along the river Ouse from Southease. This comes out at our car park, where bikes can be parked. We have no tearooms facilities but we do have one outdoor toilet in our garden. National Trust members come in for free otherwise normal admission applies for both the house and garden. Subject to availability we sell water and ice cream in our shop.
