New Local Plan – Reg 18 consultation 2025
The first formal (Regulation 18) consultation on the new Local Plan took place between the 20 January to 17 March 2025.
The consultation aimed to gather feedback on draft policies and site allocations.
Over 3,700 comments were received during the consultation and are available to view at https://sdnpalocalplanreview.commonplace.is/.
In addition to the consultation feedback, further site specific input has been provided by a range of stakeholders. This information is listed here:
We have considered all the feedback received, and this, together with any additional input from statutory consultees, developers, parish councils and evidence studies, will inform the next draft of the new Local Plan
