THE ALLEGED BREACH: Without planning permission, the construction of a sand school / riding arena in the approximate position shown on the attached plan.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Remove the timber edging panels from the land.
  2. Remove the surface material forming the sand school /riding arena and polythene membrane from the land and in-fill depression in the ground (with the earth forming the mound) to match the profile of the existing land.
  3. Reinstate the affected area by infilling it with soil to match the profile of the existing ground area lelve on all four sides of the sand school / riding area and,
  4. Reseed with grass

PERIOD OF COMPLIANCE: Three months after this notice takes effect
