4) At no time shall any mobile homes or caravans be stationed in the permitted hard-standing other than those required for occupation by seasonal workers on the farm and all such caravans shall be removed immediately at the end of the season.

It appears to the Council that the condition is not being complied with because caravans are stationed permanently on the permitted hard-standing and are occupied by persons who are not seasonal workers at River Farm.
