The South Downs National Park Authority cares for the landscapes, wildlife and heritage of National Park and helps people to learn about and enjoy the area. We also have an important role to support the local communities that live and work here.

Much of what we do involves developing projects to deliver the vision for Britain’s newest National Park. We often lead these projects, but also work collaboratively with a wide range of partners from a diverse range of organisations, who share that vision.

Using your project management knowledge and experience you will provide support across the organisation to our staff team, when they are developing and managing projects, which can range from multi-million pound large scale projects to smaller more locally based projects with local communities. Using your monitoring experience you will make sure that all of the information on performance about our projects is collected and ready to present. You will provide support for evaluating projects and developing case studies to celebrate our achievements.

You will also be a team player, able to self-manage your workload, alongside your job share partner, willing to travel and confident dealing with people from a range of organisations, as well as our own.

If you think that you can add real value to this role and meet the person specification then we would like to hear from you.
