ReNature Festival 2026 – Guided Mindfulness in SSCP.

As part of the ReNature Festival we are encouraging people to take a bit of time out and reconnect with nature and the wild spaces of the National Park.
Step away from the busy-ness of everyday life and spend time improving your wellbeing through nature-based mindfulness practices in the beautiful surroundings of the South Downs.
We’ll explore simple guided practices including mindful walking, nature awareness and quiet reflection in the Seven Sisters Country Park. This session is suitable for beginners and anyone looking for a calm, restorative experience outdoors.

NOTES
Arrival: Please aim to arrive at 10.45am so that we can start on time.
Preparation: Please wear suitable outdoor clothing and footwear for the weather conditions. A notebook and pen is advised.
Age suitability: 18+
Children: This activity is suited to adults and older children who must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times during the event.
Clothing
Wear clothing suited for the weather. Please wear closed-in sturdy shoes as we will be on uneven ground.
Dogs: Sorry, dogs are not permitted on this activity.
Weather: We have an indoor space to use if it is raining and there is access to toilets.

Guide: Brenda Pollack, the Stress Less Coach, is a qualified coach and wellbeing trainer who has a love of nature and helps people slow down to reconnect with themselves and the world we live in.
This activity is part of the annual ReNature Festival 2026 – South Downs National Park Authority. Other activities happening on site on this day include scything, Nature walk, Nature photography, archaeology walk, bird and butterfly spotting walks and willow weaving. You can sign up for more activities to make the best of your visit to the iconic Seven Sisters.
