MEET GREEN FATHER CHRISTMAS – 7, 8, 14, 15 & 20-23 DECEMBER

Seated in his chamber, traditionally decorated with seasonal greenery, Green Father Christmas will be selecting presents from a large wooden chest to give to each child that he meets. Every child can spend time with Green Father Christmas before receiving a traditional toy wrapped in brown paper and string. There are lots of opportunities to take photos, and each guest can enjoy a hot drink and mince pie whilst waiting to see Green Father Christmas.

The Museum is located on Town Lane in Singleton, which is 7 miles north of Chichester. By car: the Museum can be reached via the A286 Chichester to Midhurst road. The postcode is PO18 0EU. Follow the brown tourist attraction signs marked ‘Open Air Museum’. There is a free car park and disabled parking spaces are available opposite the Museum shop. By bus: catch the Stagecoach 60 service, which runs between Chichester bus station (opposite Chichester railway station) and Midhurst – the Museum is a 5-minute walk from the Grooms Yard stop in Singleton. Buses run every 30 minutes Monday – Saturday. On Sundays buses run every hour. For an up-to-date timetable visit the Stagecoach website.
