Nature Photography for young beginners (ReNature Festival)

Join award-winning young photographer Felix Walker-Nix at the Seven Sisters Country Park Visitor Centre on Saturday 27 June 2026, 1:00 PM (BST) for an inspiring introduction to nature photography.
This relaxed, beginner-friendly session is perfect for those looking to develop their skills and learn how to capture the beauty of the natural world with confidence. Whether you’re photographing wildflowers, wildlife, or sweeping landscapes, Felix will share practical tips and creative insights to help you elevate your images.
Please bring your camera or smartphone and be prepared to explore the park, putting your new skills into practice. The session will begin with a short indoor introduction, before heading outdoors to photograph the stunning surroundings.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to view a selection of winning entries from our annual photography competition, alongside examples from Felix’s own portfolio.
Additional information:
- Suitable for ages 18–30
- No dogs permitted
- Please dress appropriately for the weather, including long trousers and closed-toe footwear

This activity is part of the annual South Downs National Park ReNature Festival 2026 – South Downs National Park Authority.
