To view applications and their associated documents submitted from the 1 April 2012 onwards please use our public access system (opens in new window)
In recent times, our Public Access system was the subject of a cyber-attack, and many hundreds of comments were submitted which contained inappropriate references and content. The online comment facility connects to our live systems, and all comments made online are instantly available for public inspection. We have enabled a feature in public access which requires you to register should you wish to make comment on a planning application. This was deemed necessary in order to minimise abuse of the system, and to protect the public, our staff and other users from inappropriate content.
In order to assist with using Public Access, we have developed the Public Access Guide.
We have also developed a document containing the answers to some Frequently Asked Questions.
You can view planning applications, submitted within the South Downs National Park area between 1 April 2011 and 30 March 2012 by using our previous planning register search.
