This means that we are not the copyright holders of the images, and therefore we are not in a position to grant permission for their use by third parties. This means that regrettably, you may not take images from this site for your own use, whether a commercial, educational or not-for-profit purpose.

The South Downs National Park Authority is not responsible for content on external sites. Wherever links are provided this does not imply that we condone or support the principles or activities of any other person or organisation, they are purely provided for informational purposes.

Privacy

You do not need to register or give us your details in order to use this site. Should you send us feedback, take part in any of the consultations or complete one of our online forms, you may want to give us enough details so that we can get back to you. We will only use this data for our internal purposes will not disclose your information to any other organisations, except where required to by law (i.e. law enforcement, national security etc).

Website statistics

Like many other websites, we use Google Analytics to analyse website usage. This means that when you visit our website, a Google cookie is also issued. This allows us to analyse website usage anonymously, ie. without connecting the usage statistics to the data you enter when contacting us. The result is aggregate data that tells us how many users looked at certain pages for example. No data you enter on this website is sent to Google.
