Authority staff and members will meet regularly to discuss issues at Authority Meetings.

There are also four committees within South Downs National Park Authority -

• Audit Committee

Provides independent scrutiny of the Authority's financial and non-financial processes.

• Planning Committee

The statutory planning authority for the South Downs National Park.

• Resources & Performance Committee

Discusses the Authority’s budget, business plan and operational performance.

• Standards Committee 

Promotes and maintain high standards of conduct by Members of the Authority.
